Charlotte Perriand Bio:

Born in France in 1903, Charlotte Perriand spent over 10 years collaborating with Le Corbusier on the ever popular LC lounge series. Prior to this successful collaboration, Perriand shot to fame at the ripe age of 24, with her breakthrough designer series of chrome steel and anodized aluminium furniture series, "Bar Under the Roof," which was widely accliamed by the critics after being presented at the Salon d'Automne of 1927.
