  • Q: What Is The Difference Between Your “Classic” And “Premium” Models?

    Our popular reproduction Eames and Barcelona series use a combination of synthetic leather and premium Italian leather.

    Our Premium models predominately use a top grain Italian leather whilst the Classic versions are constructed with a top quality synthetic leather.

    Synthetic leather is man-made and is an extremely durable material and very hard to tell apart from the premium Italian leather.

  • Q: Can I Pay For My Order Upon Delivery?

    Unfortunately we are unable to offer payment upon delivery as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

  • Q: How Do I Make Payment Via Direct Deposit?

  • Q: How Would I Go About Acquiring a Discount Code?

  • Q: If I purchase a Milan Direct product, will I be supplied with a Tax Invoice?

    The Order Confirmation email that you receive when you make an order is a valid Australian Tax Invoice. If you have lost your invoice we will be happy to email you a new one. Simply email our sales team on sales@milandirect.com.au with your request.

  • Q: Is It Safe To Make Credit Card Payments Online?

    The Milan Direct website uses SSL Encryption and has the VeriSign Secured Seal.
    All payments made on the Milan Direct website are processed by the eWay Payment Gateway which is highly reliable and secure.

  • Q: Is Local Pickup An Option?

    Due to occupational health & safety (OHS) regulations at our warehouses we are unable to facilitate pickups of our furniture.  All orders must be delivered using our extensive courier network.

  • Q: What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Delivery

  • Q: Can my item be delivered to a PO Box?

    We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as all items are sent via our Australia wide courier system. Please ensure you provide a residential or business address during check out.

  • Q: Does Someone Need To Be Home To Accept Delivery?

    It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option. Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, placement, or removal of packaging. If your order includes larger items, we suggest having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside.

  • Q: Does Your Postage Fee Include Insurance?

    Yes, freight costs include full insurance.

  • Q: How Do I Track The Progress Of My Delivery?

    By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our courier with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time.

  • Q: How Long Will Delivery Take After Dispatch?

    Typical delivery times expected are:

       * Melbourne - Approximately 1-3 business days 
       * Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 2-5 business days
       * Brisbane, Perth - Approximately 3-7 business days

    All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-10 business days.

     

    Please note these time frames are estimates, and our carriers endeavour to meet these estimates at all times.

  • Q: How Much Is Delivery?

    We offer Australia wide courier for all products in the Milan Direct range. All items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. To easily calculate your delivery, simply enter your postcode at the checkout screen.

    As Australia's LARGEST supplier of Modern Classic Designer Furniture, we are able to negotiate with our logistics providers Australia's best delivery rates. The more we grow, the lower our rates will go, and these savings are directly passed back to our customers!

  • Q: When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

    Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Warranty Details

  • Q: How Long Is Your Warranty?

    All Milan Direct products are backed by a 12 month comprehensive warranty. For extra peace of mind, we also offer extended warranty options on all products.

  • Q: What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?

    Milan Direct warrants all goods for a period of 12 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Milan Direct’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.

    This warranty does not cover:

       1. Normal wear and tear;
       2. Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;
       3. Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;
       4. Any indirect or consequential loss.

    This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All works carried out by a party under instructions from Milan Direct will be covered by the 12 month warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by Milan Direct to be faulty a new item will be provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.
