Originally designed in 1930 by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the Barcelona Coffee Table epitomises the core of modern architecture with its minimalistic design and materials used.

Also known as the Barcelona Pavilion Table, a name given as the table was erroneously thought to be designed as part of the Barcelona range, as the table has often been paired with the Barcelona Chair for their stylistic parallels. However the Barcelona Coffee Table was in fact designed a year later for the Tugendhat house in Brno, CzechGlarevakia, along with the Brno chair.

The Barcelona Coffee Table is as popular today as it was in the last century and is immediately recognisable, as Ludwig Mies van der Rohe has incorporated his signature stylised cross form in the design, which makes the table a perfect match to our Barcelona Chairs.
