- Very firm base and backrest resulting in it not being as comfortable for extended use as I first thought
- Headrest is not as adjustable as I'd like
Just wanted to say thank you for supplying a great product. The sturdy quality and feel is surprisingly good, especially for the price. I was apprehensive, but the pictures do not lie, it actually is as good as it looks.
As for the delivery, I ordered on Friday and received on Tuesday. Toll Ipec has to also be commended for their speed and assistance in delivery to my door.
The overall experience has me contemplating getting another chair for home.
