Very prompt delivery- was delivered in 4 days and the tracking system is very useful. Good value for money and very easy to assemble. Unluckily for me, one of the washers were missing, but can still survive without.
Chair is very comfortable and sturdy, especially the seat. However the lumbar cushion is a thin pad and I was expecting it to be a bit more rigid. Nevertheless, it does provide adequate lumbar support although the mesh is more flexible than I thought it would be. Height is just right for me (170cm tall).
Ordered this chair on a Tuesday and delivered the following Friday. It was a cinch to assemble and the quality is first rate. It has full gas lift height adjustment and reclining tension adjustment which can be locked. Particularly impressed with the integrated lumbar support and the size and comfort of the seating base. Easy to achieve the ideal seating position.
Most importantly, this chair offers exceptional value for money as it rivals similar offerings cost 2 - 3 times more. Communication from Milan Direct throughout the post sale delivery process (order tracking...etc) was excellent. Highly recommended product and well done Milan Direct.
